About

The Huron River Watershed Council (HRWC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and restoration of the Huron River and its watershed. HRWC offers teachers a free streamside education program for 4th-12th grade levels that teaches students about local water resources and protecting the watershed. Lessons are customized by grade-level and teacher input. They also offer a multitude of volunteer opportunities.
